Our company Code of Conduct and Business Ethics serves as guidance to our employees and sets forth legal and ethical standards. It is very important for us as a company to make sure we are complying with all applicable laws and regulations. It is also important for our employees, individually, to perform their duties in a manner that complies with our policies.

We encourage our employees, residents and family members to communicate with the leadership in our locations if they have any concerns or problems. In addition, we operate a Customer Response and Compliance Hotline (800-572-9981) to report problems, concerns and compliments.
