Our company Code of Conduct and Business Ethics serves as guidance to our employees and sets forth legal and ethical standards. It is very important for us as a company to make sure we are complying with all applicable laws and regulations. It is also important for our employees, individually, to perform their duties in a manner that complies with our policies.
