As Vice President of Clinical Operations for Golden Living, Wanda Prince oversees corporate clinical outcomes, guiding LivingCenter leaders to meet high standards of care and generate strong, consistent clinical and operating performance for more than 295 Golden LivingCenters in 21 states.

Beginning her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse with Beverly Healthcare, Wanda Prince has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, the last 14 specializing in long-term care administration at Golden LivingCenters.

Leading up to her present role, Ms. Prince has held leadership positions of progressive responsibility in the company, including Vice President of Field Services Operations, Vice President of Risk and Regulatory Compliance and Vice President of Clinical Services.

In addition to being a thought leader in the long-term care industry, authoring several papers and studies, Ms. Prince is a registered nurse in multiple states and holds a Gerontological Nurse Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is also a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant from the National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants.

Ms. Prince holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Delta State University, where she held the highest overall Grade Point Average in her graduating class.
